This project involved undertaking a major overhaul of the school’s heating, hot and cold-water systems – including periods when the pupils were attending the school, which requires a major attention to health and safety requirements.
The most relevant tasks performed included:
Replacement of hot, cold and main pipework throughout school.
Replacement, refurbishment and installation of cold-water boosters.
Testing and commissioning of all systems.
Electrical connections and associated works.
Hot water generation.
Production of an Operations and Maintenance Manual.
