BTU provide PPM and Reactive Service and Estate Management for all HVAC & Refrigeration M&E requirements to this Central London based world leading Research and Medical University. The campus is spread over multiple sites in Central London. The Estate includes a diverse range of buildings including many specialist medical, SMART and heritage buildings.

BTU established a program to maintain a PPM task volume of 11000 per annum covering AC systems, AHU’s, boilers, cellar coolers, chillers, fume cupboard extractors water heaters, humidifiers steam boilers and VRV condensers to name a few, and to provide responsive repairs on request.

All tasks are carried out in close communication with the client’s Estates structure staff and whilst the campus is fully operational.

The most relevant tasks performed included:
Mobilisation of the project.
Setting up of a robust communications plan.
Asset evaluation and capital replacement.
KPI reporting.
Statutory compliance reporting.
Reporting into and from the clients CAFM system.
