Victoria Coach Station is the largest coach station in London. It offers a range of express and commuter services, day tours, coach holidays and private hire. It has convenient transport links to mainline rail, Underground and bus services. In 2013-14 it carried 14 million passengers!
This challenging project involved the design and install new air-conditioning systems incorporating ice storage facilities to the administrative offices within the site while working with the building and administrative offices in full operation.
It was necessary to prepare a survey report to assess, scope and cost the work needed to be undertaken for each chiller within the site and to undertake the work as instructed by TfL.
