BTU provide PPM and Reactive Service all M&E requirements to this Central London based property Landlord.

The buildings include 85 Fleet Street 13 Hanover Square, 64 -65 Vincent Square and 2-4 Austin Friars House. The estate comprises modern commercial office space fully air conditioned in all areas.

BTU established a program to maintain a PPM task volume of 2500 tasks per annum covering the full spectrum of building services plant and equipment.

All tasks are carried out in close communication with the client’s facilities management staff and whilst the buildings are fully operational.

The most relevant tasks performed included:
Mobilisation of the project.
Setting up of a robust communications plan.
Asset evaluation and capital replacement.
KPI reporting.
Statutory compliance reporting.
Reporting into and from the clients CAFM system.
