BTU provides full time PPM and Reactive Maintenance service for this London NHS teaching hospital. The hospital campus is spread over multiple locations providing services across both the community and acute health care.

KPIs for this working hospital include a 24-hour service with a 20minute response rate to issues arising, which BTU has met to the satisfaction of the client.

All services are provided within the operational hospital environment.

Mobilisation and pre-contract inspection to assess the full scope of the works that were required.

PPM scheduling.

We agreed KPIs, reports to be uploaded by engineers and presented to the client.

H&S planning with risks and hazards identified.

Communications strategy and Meetings planned with reporting structure implemented.

Staff trained and inducted to ensure regular refresh on any key issues.
